i have the right to cancel/refuse any commission without explanation

you have the right to cancel the commission at any time, but please be aware of the refund policy

Canceling on multiple occasions without reason will cause you to be blacklisted

I have the right to post any commissioned work on any of my social media sites unless keeping it private has been discussed

You can use the art for personal/non-commercial use, but you must credit me (beastiix). my Instagram is preferred, but any social I have should work.

Please provide clear reference photos when commissioning me. I will not do descriptions unless it is a ref sheet.

Please know that my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the piece you will receive.

payment will be made in USD through cashapp & venmo. I will accept Paypal ONLY if it's the only payment service you are able to use.

you are to cover extra fees if you are sending payments through Paypal (or simply use the friends and family option)

I will not start on the piece until payment has been made. unless a hold has been requested, payment should be made within 48 hours of contacting me, or the commission will be canceled.

once the skecth is approved, there will be no refunds provided if you decide to cancel. refunds will only be provided if you cancel before that stage OR I am unable to complete your commission for whatever reasons

once your piece is finished, major changes will result in a fee (depending on how major the change is)

A payment plan can be offered for commissions exceeding 100$

my turnaround time is usually a week to two months. please be aware that more may complex orders will fall on the longer side. you will be notified if a commission will take longer than expected

Feel free to contact me anytime for a progress check on your commission; however, after the sketch has been approved, I do not send any progress pictures (unless it is a ref sheet). once you commission me, the next thing you will receive after the sketch is the finished product. You may request separate files/pictures of the lineart/flat color if you so desire.

be aware that i offer limited minor edits once the piece is finished. be upfront about the changes you require, but keep in mind that there’s a limit to how many times I allow edits.
